Singapore, 4 February 2013 – Global Logistic Properties (" GLP" ), one of the world’s leading providers of modern logistics facilities, with a market-leading position in China, Japan and Brazil, today announced the expansion of GLP Japan Development Venture (" Venture" ), its 50:50 joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (" CPPIB" ) to develop modern logistics properties in Japan. Led by an attractive investment pipeline and strong market fundamentals, both CPPIB and GLP have agreed to expand the investment capacity of the Venture and will each contribute an additional JPY29 billion (US$316 million) of equity.
Very dangerouse to base on just one report. On a contrary , just heard something good about this stock over FM938 Live. So don't rush into selling ... hold will be a safer bet

Given the current level of JPY, we believe the valuation has been fully reflected by the current market price hence a Neutral rating is assigned.

This counter already reach all time high and facing resistance. Also watch out for revaluation of its Japanese assets as Yen depreciates. Maybe need to hold for some time from now onwards

Congrat.Have been queuing lower but not touch my price.Now it crossed over to the upper bollinger band.Hope it can stay there.
Result coming out n 6 Feb 13.Good luck.
