Jaya's Q2-2010 result just out:

Revenue increased 172% year-on-year, 154% quarter-on-quarter

Proft increased 31% yoy, 9% qoq

Free cash flow: 75mil in Q2-2010 NAV/per share: 57.4 cents

Earnings per share: 4.58 cents in Q2 (4.21c in Q1) FY2010 PE (annualised): 3.27

Net gearing declined to 0.37 from 0.71 in Jun09

Only concern for me is that order book size is not mentioned.

The result is much better than I expected.

The balance sheet now looks stronger than Ezra or Swiber's (Jaya did not issue convertible bonds).

this stock is speculative counter. the BBs who push up the price are probably the same BBs who sell it down at the end of the last friday trading day.

anyway, i am holding on this baby.

This can be view both ways, Jaya's problem is already a given, with bank support and asking for for more time till 31oct09 can be also view positively. Do your own due deligence!!!! Depends on your risk appetite.

When their results coming out?

rpires      ( Date: 12-Aug-2009 16:32) Posted:

personally i dont think they should have problems on the refinancing issue especially if the orderbook is good. they delivered good sets of result every quarter. unless it is accounting irregularities, otherwise, i dont think they should have problems on the refinancing issue.
