Kilrory, what is the difference between forecast yield & expected yield? For layman like myself, I will think that both terms refer to the same thing.

if you are talking about dividend yield, the forecast and projected yield for yr2008 is 4.75%, yr2009 is 5.81% based on $1.18 offered price.

Its stated in pg5 of prospectus.

Applied 20 got 1. Expected yield is relatively low (<5%) with NAV currently at $1.18. Fairly valued. Look to accumulate more since this is only the India REIT listed in SGX.

I guess thats the way to go.  You applied 16 and you got 1.  I applied 50 and I got none. :(

I have been asking ard what is the expected dividend yield is but no one can tell.  Does anyone here knows?  I like India becoz of its emerging market status but not sure of the ReIT competition in India though.
