Back to basics.
Post rights - DPU is HK 22.97 cents.
At HK $ 2.55, yield is 9%. (Similiar REITs listed in HK are trading at lower yields)
If you like the yield, it is a buy. If not, look elsewhere.
NAV after rights is at $4.6HK la..
so its undervalue.
well that is based on an extremely pessimistic market condition whereby the stock loses about 10% of its value, ya then its $2.65. if it is the other way, where the funding enhances the value by 10% then we can see the upper limit of $3.30.
I definitely find value in this reit but the current trading swing is pushing it way down. Anything less than $2.54 is worth snatching or what you call a crazy warehouse sales.

buy the rights at $0.20 or an equivalent of $2.49, immediate discount from its current share price of $2.56. make 7 cents per share at least from this trad. buy 100 lot and you will find yourself a lot richer. The interesting thing is that this REIT is worth about $2.65 but frankly, no one has a good idea why is it so low other than trading swings.

didmt get the rights but at least still got the mother when its rights is at 0.14..
