SINGAPORE  6 February 2013  Having emerged yesterday as a substantial shareholder of
Mainboard-listed Innopac Holdings Limited 英 诺 太 平 洋 控 股 有 限 公 司 (“Innopac” or the
“Group”), Mr Joseph Gutnick, Executive Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive
Officer (“CEO”) of Merlin Diamonds Limited (“Merlin Diamonds” or the “Company”), today
increased his deemed interest in the Group to 10.31%, up from 6.87%.


Mr Gutnick acquired another 100 million shares in Innopac pursuant to a sale and purchase
agreement entered into by his company, Jollyboat Management Ltd at a price of S$0.20 each.
This is following his purchase of 200 million Innopac shares at S$0.20 each yesterday.

I think this is a trap to lure ppl in..

when i see postings as such.. pls be wary..

Effect will be as good, if not better than Sam Goi investment in Etika and JB Foods. Or even Geo Energy - Jim Rogers.  


Joseph Gutnick, Executive Chairman and CEO of Merlin Diamonds, acquires 200 million Innopac shares at S$0.20 each.

1. Possible Innopac may become a mining stock.


2. Possible M& A (between Innopac and Indonesia Mining Companies or even draws interest from China Companies hungry for resources stock)

 

With Merlin CEO's injection, this proves innopac has the potential and the deal for the diamond takeover should be confirmed.  Innopac's flight should take off tomorrow. 

 

This explains the price fall despite good news. Price was supressed for the CEO to acquire.

 

Read the sgx announcements for Innopac. Merlin diamond CEO is now a ssh of Innopac. Huat ah!

 

Will innopac rebound? Offer price for diamond is 0.215. Seem like sellers dry up now.
