
2 weeks ago, I bought 1 lot of SGX at price of 7.37. Never expect it to go up so fast in such a short span of time.
I also bought 6 lots of Kep Land at high price of 2.60, Plan to keep long. I like this stock and its mother. Believe that they have plenty of good prospect.
But SGX is already above its 52 weeks high. N its price too expensive liao. N how far more it can go, i guess we can aga-ga extimate.......if worthwhile to go fr it.
Kepland, to my opinion it is still quite cheap to collect. N the return will be better (DYODD)

No strength lah, still better than its mother, It mother is falling although STI performing extremely well today.

Unfortunately, i've unloaded 60% 1 day before the run *#%^&%&. Anyway, about 5% above my sold price. Thinking of buying back but will see first. One fact I observed is that this counter's gain is not very strong now, maybe people are still cautious. Also it is dependent on job data. I'll wait for a while. I'm thinking maybe SGX is better due to increased vol but today shot up a bit. Any comments fr anyone?

I think kepland is now trading at slightly above book value. At it's peak it was trading at 3 times book value. So by the next market peak it should trade at least at 2 times book value. Also by next bull market peak, it's book value should double from current level. That means at next market peak the share price should easily reach $8. So this stock good to keep for long term. Does any one share my sentiment.
Haha, maybe some BB/ die hard Kepland Fan is loading up Kepland. Hope these BB/ die hard Kepland Fan do a wilmar (in our recent topic) approach........
Than we will see a Kepland with high share value soon.

see chart...d climb is slower and d fall is faster..reaching tip of ten (10) dollars on thin volume. Kep land has more deal indicating some speculative interest in it recently.

Haha, CapLand to hit $15 to $18. No lah, unless they really did sometime that up their portfollio again n have their profit up many times.
CapLand i would say it run faster than Kepland. Maybe bc it is supported by Temasek. Haha.........
Both Kepland N CapLand max price to hit, i would say around $9 to $10 in years later (with China/ Vietnam/etc related country economy up).
To further get upside upwards in their share price would depend on the strategy of each company going forward.
Err...2years, ur TP price make me think of Capital Land lehh...ur price mean Capital land can goes $15 - $18 dollars lohh. (4x more or 300% in profit)

Kepland not ripe yet.
Once Prc/Vietnam/Spore marina projects completed, it will be a diferrent animal from today. Harvest in 2 years time, S$8-10 is possible, baring unexpected macroeconomics factors.
Thanks. Actually, I should not sell if i stick to orginal plan but somehow, my patience is wearing out a bit and out there, there are many pessimists, so very hard for market to have a high "cheong". People are just cautious if you look carefully, so i just wanted to scale down a bit just in case the pessismists are right. Anyway, can buy back later if the sentiments change. Just cannot look back but look forward. However, I think market will move for a few more days and next i don't know...

In future those who invest will enjoy both dividends and price appreciation. Now a sum of $10k in bank only earn you about $25 a year.
Quite agreed with Livermore. Have some or one blue chip in yr portfolio is always good.
For me Kepland, i will keep for long, as i don't thk it will fall back badly again. And to be frank, Kepland should be in the above $3 league play.
Months later it may be like Capland hit at $4. Just have to be patient.
For penny stock, normally i will not long unless i see great potential in them (which in actual there are some out there)....
Anyway DOYDD...................

But don't direct too much into penny stock. Keep some blue will be good.
N buy penny that got good FA, n provide divi. If got stuck still can earn Divi.
Just my opinion.

I think Allgreen will do better thna this one..vested at 98.5 jmo
This one i have a target px of 3.0 to 3.2. jmo.So for thyose who are buiyng now, might as well look to some pennies, like Tiong Woon, Qianhu.jmo
