I think this is one of a handful of fundamentally-undervalued stocks that will rise 50% or more in 2007.
There was late buying in big scoops yesterday, which suggests that some big-time retail investor or a
boutique fund was behind the action that led to a 2 ct jump in the stock price to 68 cts. This is how it went:
3.28 pm: buy up 22,000 shares @ 65 cts
4.36 pm: buy up 15,000 shares @ 66 cts
4.59 pm: buy up 125,000 shares @67 cts
4.59 pm: buy up 4,000 shares @ 67.5 cts
4.59 pm: buy up 3,000 shares @ 67.5 cts
5.05 pm: buy up 198,000 shares @ 68 cts
The last transaction swallowed all the 198,000 shares available. I bet the sellers (probably small stale bulls) were shocked
at how voracious the buying suddenly became.
There was not a single share left - at any price -- for sale.
And there was an unsatisfied buy order for 120,000 shares @ 68 cts.
Conclusion: Big sharks are circling this counter. Look out for more action next week.

I checked the SIAS Research website - couldnt find any.
I have found at CNA forum 3 reports, as follows:
GK-CIMB : Maintain Outperform, valuations compelling at 6x CY07 P/E. We maintain our $0.90 target price, set at 12x CY06 P/E. Valuations are compelling when one
considers the cash backing of 12cts/share, the business?s ability to generate cash and
the attractive prospective yield of 5.7% for CY06.
Phillip Securities: Rolling over valuation to FY07 and applying an undemanding 10x PER, we derive our price objective of S$0.975. This is further supported by our DCF model that is based on very conservative assumptions (WACC 12.0%, LT growth ?1.0%). Upside potential is an enticing 57%.
Maintain Buy.
SBI E-2 : Maintain BUY with a target price of S$1.00. We believe that BWL is on track to meet our full-year net profit

Bullrun will tell u all the juicy story about BW. I know this stock because of him, heee.. and the price is 0.485 ... But too bad, I am "tied-up" last time...
This counter has been in my radar since SIAS reported a buy for it 2 months ago. Low volume is a major turns off but this stocks has been creeping up slowly with low volume. I didnt enter it partly is due to its low volume and down trending MACD. however thurs may have formed a reversal and it is wise to wait few days more to confirm the trend change and also this counter low volume is a turned off as it wont give a accurate TA reading.
Bollinger bands really tight... sharp price change could occur. Maybe upward movement? Wait a few days to be certain.
But the low volumes are a turn off.
