Europe seems to be on borderline red and US futures dropping slightly (still in the green though)...hope it'll be good news from the dow on friday.

DJ MARKET TALK: STI +0.6%; Commodity Plays Rally; US GDP Eyed

0706 GMT [Dow Jones] Singapore STI on track to end at highest close since September, with U.S. pre-market futures lending support (DJIA futures +36 points) ahead of key U.S. 2Q GDP release tonight. STI +0.6% at 2,653.13 with resistance tipped at 2,677 (50% retracement of fall from October 2007 high of 3,906 to March 2009 low of 1,455). "U.S. GDP definitely has the potential to move the market, the 2Q earnings have beaten expectations so that augurs well for GDP," says Gabriel Gan, senior VP of equity sales at AmFraser. Commodity stocks continue to lead blue chips' gains; Noble (N21.SG) +2.5% at S$2.09. Property stocks lagging as CapitaLand's (C31.SG) surprise bond issue and worries over potential government cooling measures weigh; FTSE ST Real Estate Holding and Development index, worst performing subsector, down 0.6%. Broad market volume remains solid; gainers still outnumber losers to roughly 2 to 1. (KIG)

Forget it, spore investor are kiasu kiasi one, today friday most will sell dwn..........lor.......wont push up one lor.....hai so disapp.............
at the moment, we are highly encouraged by DOW futures and even the China market
we need a HSI to charge towards the front too so as to follow
