The lower trendline at 42.5 cents still provides the short term support , if today closing is below this supporting point , then the share price may go down further .

I cant agree more with God of War and Dealer0168. Uni Envtech has good FA and what we have seen thus far is the works of shorters with evil intent like God of War said. Retail investors must not be sidetracked by these entities.
Private plaement of shares is to strength the company. Besides, China is on holiday this week.

Money makes people evil, to be frank dealer. N i agreed with u that shorters are covering around......with their evil eye glowing in the night...haha
Investor must really open their heart to feel & eye to see. The best study into the company yrself.
Don't be dictated by people. Take care folks.
In actual share placement financially help the company. Especially the money is to help generate more income in future. Investor jus need to be clear in their mindset that this one has good FA. Besides do u all remember sinotel. This is one good example.
For those company that get money to pay debts than forget about them. This one is to help generate more profit. So it is still a good company to buy at this price.
Don't get soft hear, n fall traps to shorter. Do yr own home works. To be frank shorters are at work. Don't be smoke by them.

United Envirotech is planning to play out 40 million new shares at 42.75 cents each to raise net proceeds of up to $17.1 million. The net proceeds of $16.5 million will be used for investment in Build-Operate-Own,Build- Operate-Transfer and Transfer-Operate-Transfer wastewater recycling projects, says the company.
The issue price represents a discount of 9.8% to the volume-weighted average market price of 47.39 cents, based on trades done on the Mainboard of the SGX on Oct 2.
Placement agent CIMB-GK has agreed to use its best efforts to procure the subscription and payment for the placement shares.

Placement price 42.75cts........hahaha........can not wait liao.........look like the price going to drop some more.........my posting on the 230909.....the BB may push it pass 60cts.....coz at around that time the price of this one is aredi 40plus.......the CEO mention still too cheap to do placement....why sudden change of mind.....my view is that they can't wait liao......may be no contract......or ...price coming down some more....better placement..first......so ...this week they will sure push this stock up again...so fellow forumer....trade with extreme care loh.............long long term this one still ok lah.....trend from TA still show up trend.......but pls do your own research........

Hi IreneL , may be it's too early to tell the direction or target price since it is still halting . The downtrend channel at 44 cents if could not provide support , once if penetration take place , the volume done would increase ,for many people would cut losses at this point .And to achieve the downside target looks like is possible .

I'm curious. You said it may take 2 to 3 weeks for the flag formation to show an increased volume, and that if its more than 3 weeks, then there would be a decreasing volume. You have also given an indicative 0.37 cents in the event of a downtrend.
What would your indicative be for an increased volume if the flag formation is complete by the 3rd week? Many thanks. |

Hi IreneL , to confirm a flag formation , it must not take more than three weeks to form the flag n breakout with large volume , otherwise it may become a failure n go downtrend , so we must not imagine the formation before it is formed n confirmed . So now 'time ' would tell the directions .

But after reading ''bintang'' post, I really don't understand, coz he said if price on friday close low, it's a confirm downtrend. But the price close high and still he said there is still possibility of downtrend. Hmmm, it seems like either way also downtrend ?
please do pardon my ignorance, but it seems like all other stocks have also been going down a lot past few days. But despite the market so down, utdenv still managed to 'hold on' and closed high on friday. Doesn't that spell something?

| If this is a flag formation , it may take two to three weeks to complete the formation n breakout with large volume , if the correction takes more than three weeks n breaks down the so called flag formation , then the downtrend would accelerate , n the downside target at 37 cents would achieve . Now the share price is going into the second week of trading |
