is Kepland sick??
Anybody know what happened to kepland these 2 days?
compare with other property stocks, this baby looks like sth abnormal.
Thanks. You are right. I'll buy back later. Need bullets for other counters.Their exposure to overseas can be rewarding.

Actually alots of counter are volatile also. That includes Capland, Wilmar, SGX, etc.
If want stable one, can choose SPH, Starhub.....all those defensive stock. Can sleep in peace. But on a condition no terrible economy news surface up.
If have, which ever stock u invest will down. Keep in bank the safest. But the interest not attractive.

For Kepland, i will say the divi is just a bonus. I like about this counter is its potential in moving upwards.......... (due to its good FA)
Current Kepland is still not performing up to the mark when compare to it old self. Be patience guys, Kepland will show u the way to profit. Cheers.
Base on record. Div is far away from us for this counter.
One can make money through Div or capital gain...

same thinking too. putting in bank does not earn much. any idea when is the dividend payout for this counter? I actually plan to offload some when hit $3.

Capitaland cheong alot today..4.08 now..but this burger still hanging around 2.7~2.72. not much movement or strength to move up?

agree with Peg_li.
I bought this counter at 1.5, sold at 2. buy back again at 2.2~2.4. holding for long term now. So imagine I hold when I 1st bought....anyway still consider good buy for this counter. As mention by most here, this has good prospect and compare with other potential property stock, consider cheaper liao. If not consider yanload also....my view only.

I also bought 6 lots of Kep Land at high price of 2.60, Plan to keep long. I like this stock and its mother. Believe that they have plenty of good prospect.
