
YZJ won contracts to build 15 vessels value at US$414m.
  The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd (the “Group” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that following the new orders announced on 26th April 2013, the Group has secured additional shipbuilding contracts (the “Contracts”) for fifteen (15) vessels with an aggregate contract value of US$414 million. 
揚 子 江 船 業 ( 控 股 ) 有 限 公 司 董 事 局 ( 以 下 簡 稱 “集 團 ”或 “公 司 ”) 欣 然 宣 佈 繼 2013 年 4月 26日 公 告 新 簽 訂 單 至 今 , 集 團 已 額 外 簽 署 並 生 效 共 計 15艘 船 的 建 造 合 同 , 總 合 同 金 額 計 4.14億 美 元 。  
The new Contracts secured comprise of six (6) units of 82,000 DWT bulk carriers, eight (8) units of 64,000 DWT bulk carriers and one (1) unit of 94,000 DWT transload vessel whereby such vessels are scheduled for deliveries in the period from 2015 to 2016, and therefore will not have any significant impact on the earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. 
集 團 新 簽 訂 且 生 效 之 訂 單 具 體 為 6艘 82,000 DWT散 貨 船 , 8艘 64,000DWT 散 貨 船 和 1艘 94,000 DWT 自 卸 船 。 新 接 獲 的 訂 單 將 於 2015 年 至 2016 年 逐 年 交 付 , 因 此 不 會 對 集 團 截 至 2013 年 12 月 31 日 的 收 益 産 生 顯 著 影 響 。  
In 1H2013, the Group had secured a total of twenty-seven (27) effective shipbuilding contracts with an aggregate value of US$1.01 billion. As at the announcement date, the Group has a total of 51 options worth US$2.64 billion entered with its respective buyers, of which 22 options are for containerships worth US$1.56 billion and 29 options are for multi-purpose bulk carriers worth US$1.08 billion. With the Baltic Dry Index recently achieving a 52-week high of 1179 points, the Group is confident that more options will be exercised in 2H2013. Pertaining to the cessations declared by the Group for its three 2500TEU shipbuilding contracts previously, the Group has sold all of them to the new customer in 2Q 2013. 
2013上 半 年 , 集 團 共 接 獲 27艘 造 船 訂 單 , 合 同 總 金 額 計 10.1億 美 金 。 截 止 公 告 日 , 集 團 同 時 持 有 價 值 26.4億 美 元 的 51艘 待 生 效 訂 單 , 其 中 包 括 22艘 價 值 15.6億 美 元 的 貨 櫃 船 合 約 , 以 及 29艘 價 值 10.8億 美 元 的 多 用 途 散 貨 船 合 約 。 隨 著 波 羅 的 海 幹 散 貨 指 數 達 到 过 去 52周 最 高 點 1179, 集 團 相 信 2013年 下 半 年 將 會 有 更 多 的 訂 單 生 效 。 另 外 , 此 前 集 團 宣 佈 終 止 合 約 的 3艘 2500TEU貨 櫃 輪 也 已 在 2013年 2季 度 轉 售 給 新 船 東 。  
Save for their respective shareholdings in the Company, none of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts.

True of what you say, but different is time line. BDI had only gone up for about 2 to 3 weeks and just broken 1000 mark which is the profit line for Bulk Carrier operation if I am not mistaken. It will benefit Cosco first and hopefully improve her profitability for a month of Q2 and month of Q3. For owner to decide to build more, a more sustainable BDI rise for about half year at least and future sustainable increase in Bulk Carrier demand will have to be in sight. At the moment new Buildings from previous orders are still to be delivered for the whole of 2013, more bulk carriers are being finished and launch this year.
Yzj order book if Off Shore orders are better and more profitable.
