lOOk & sEE the FACTS
every year every Singapore bank is making "almost equal" profits
Operational CASH supposedly generated from profits
every year every Singapore bank issued:
- Preference shares
- bonds
and raised billions of CASH
WHERE did ALL these CASH go to ? ? ? ?
WHAT IS THE HINT ? ? ? ?
banks' local bonds pay 2.5% coupon
banks' foreign bonds pay 5+% coupon
banks' preference shares pay 5 ~ 6 % counpon
CPF pays 2.5% interest
WHERE did ALL CPF CASH go to ? ? ? ?
WHO sUcked UP ALL the billions of CASH yearly in SINGAPORE ? ? ? ?
WHY all the Other ASEAN banks pay multiples of singapore banks' interest rates ? ? ? ?
S$ is nOt a STRONG currency
It is just that USD is weak
AUD rises abOve S$ because S$ is a relatively weak currency.
Each time the AUD increases its interest rate, AUD / SGD exchange rate goes UP for SURE.
CHECK and mOnItOr prIces Of all AUSTRALIAN goods and services [can also include those from New Zealand]
With near ZERO bank interest rates in Singapore, WHY is the dOmestic internal inflation so hIgh in Singapore ? ? ? ?
With such STRONG S$ WHY are the prices of Australian goods and servies rising so high ? ? ? ?
This is External Inflation which the so called STRONG S$ did not address ? ? ? ?
WHAT consequences will there be as this Abnormalisation of Singapore banks' near Zero interest rates lead to ? ? ? ?
The economy is growing on the basis of such Abnormalisation of bank interest rate.
Is it sustainable ? ? ? ?
Is it true economic growth ? ? ? ?
Growth in asset prices are nOn-productive grOwth ? ? ? ?
WHERE does the Singapore productivity increase go to ? ? ? ?
TRACE them and lOOk and sEE ? ? ? ?
