It's okay Cathy.  In investment, no one is true.  But if you can see something throught your prespective and it can be applied in the market, you can use it. 

For example, market is moving up since 10 years ago, and together with the time, inflation also going up.  If you think both of them related, you can use it. 

I can be wrong with my opinion. So ... this is the reason we are sharing ... and I'm still learning from others .. and this time .. I have this opinion.  I will remember it, and I;m sure .. one day it will be useful ..

Hi CatyImg, price can move up/down with I'm sure it will.  Some company will have been provited from inflation, especially multinational listing company.  But, if the company main operation and transaction is on the country itself, I'm pretty sure the company's NAT will going down, unless it is a venture company.

But, since singapore market is not effected strongly by fundamental thing, inflation is just another wind blowing to the rock.  Means it will just give a shock then will be forgotten.

Thot Singapore operations should be making profit and yet the fear exists.  Must be worrying...

 

No news out yet but they are all scared. They are afraid that the global cuts will affect the Singapore office.

But now with the credit crunch, the situation is reversed. They are all afraid of job cuts now.

Incidentally, looking at the heavy weight corporate coy, the Kepcorp morning performance, look like AK really need to keep this stock for 30 yrs leow. Angry, pm don't go for the AGM already. Ha ha.
