Capitaland's will have Mr Peter Seah as deputy chairman from Jan 2009. A former banker with OUB, also serve as President & CEO of ST till 2004, with his experience, he can help former Finance minister and with former Finance Minister. Mr Richard Hu as Capland chairman. He is seen as to be slot for taking over the chairmanship. It is a lost to Temasick Holding Just an idea what CEo can do.....teeth thot: CapitaLand said in a statement that the firm-wide measures will affect mostly management and executive level employees, with its chief executive, Liew Mun Leong, bearing the maximum cut of 20 percent.

they just need to stand out like CDL, saying no right issue.. but they didn't..

they said, they have this right issue as one option to do fund raising, and they did not make the decision yet, meaning to say, that is a possibility to raise the right issue... most likely, they are going to do so, even so, i believe, the stock price will not crash, in fact, it might go up.. u never know.

sorry, i happen only to see this forum today... i am not trying to offend anybody, so if nobody can answer me its ok, don't need to be rude pls... my agent said right issue is just a rumour... called me more then once when i was buying, telling me the price is falling and advice me to wait, and the price really plunge... i was also told that price can reach $2 or below... and alot of things... was told that it will be officially announce in this website http://investor.capitaland.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=130462&p=irol-news&nyo=0 planning to buy and keep for longer term, hope to buy after the right issue thing settled first so as to get a more reasonable price and afer which i won't be checking... can anyone tell me how long then it can be confirmed ? 1 month? 1 year? thanks...
