This morning was the best time to take profit (" ,)
The run up has been too spectacular.. lol
Alot stocks that went ahead of fundamental wake up from dream run & back to reality

Summation of discounted cash flows from future (assuming business continuity) = (Current Cash Flow X (1 + g)) / (r - g), where g is the growth rate and r is the required yield. How to determine r, g and the current cashflow can be very subjective..
It is from a valuation method using discounted cash flows. Kinda hard to explain what it is here and every valuation from different people can varies due to the different parameters plugged in..
