Have no idea what this counter is and went in blindly at 3.6 cents. After some research on SGX, realised that it may be a pump and dump strategy to benefit those subscribers who bought at 1.9 cents in Apr-2012. Further, there are 2 repeat subscribers who bought at 3.2 cents in Dec-2010. But the thing is they need not disclose their selling as their subscribed shares always end up less than 5% of the enlarged pool.
But then again, Annica releases its half-year results during this time of the year and hopefully is something good.
Wish it's the latter so I can get out. What a sham!

this is now trading at only 0.03?

The board of directors (the "Directors") of Annica Holdings Limited (“Annica” or the
"Company") wishes to announce that the Company has entered into a conditional sale and
purchase agreement (the "Agreement") dated 2 September 2009 with Leader Vision
Investment Limited, Asian Tianxing Investment Limited, Best Full Investments Limited, Qiu
Weiming, Jiang Xinchun, LN Property Pte Ltd and Cobalt Ventures Limited (collectively, the
"Vendors") for the proposed acquisition by the Company of the entire issued and paid-up
share capital of China New Energy Limited (“CNE” or the “Target Company”) for an
aggregate consideration of S$121,500,000 (the "Proposed Acquisition"). The consideration
for the Proposed Acquisition will be satisfied by (i) the payment of an aggregate amount of
S$10,000,000 in cash and (ii) the allotment and issue of ordinary shares in the Company
(“Shares”), which will result in the reverse take-over of the Company.Consideration
The Company will pay for and satisfy the Purchase Price by:-
(i) the payment of an aggregate amount of S$10,000,000 in cash (the “Cash Payment”);
and
(ii) the allotment and issue of 557,500,000 new Shares (“Consideration Shares”) at the
issue price of S$0.20 for each Consideration Share (“Issue Price”), credited as fully
paid, to the Vendors.

Just before this stock, I was stuck at sinoconst and lost big time. Then now I still no learn my lesson and went blindly into this again.
I really need a slap on my face.

Another goreng stock!! don't follow wind blindy and get stuck like sinoconst day show only!!
Sad to say I have no holding power, therefore I will have to let it go by the coming Monday...Hopefully will see some increase by this coming Monday.
