pardon my ignorance as i am new to "dividends" thing.. lets say i have 10 lots now, so how much dividend $ will i get in all?

NAV improves from 18.34cents to 19.7cents, if we'll to factor in the Industrial Land (20cents/share, does it means that the fair NAV to be 39.7cents?

So, if it trades at current value of 26.5cents ==> Almost 50% discount compared to 39.7cents !

 

 

ya, finally. the wait has paid off.. If not for today's bloodbath, Ah Poh will be cheonging up like mad

To "be a savvy investor" is another way to say to "beat the stock market"...

as if the stock market beast can be beaten...
