As a good citizen, you should value this opportunity to vote at a general election. GE is NOT like the AGM of listed companies you go to almost every April of the year. The board of directors usually control the situation. You put up your hands or you don't put up your hands, every resolution will pass through because it depends on the number of shares held by proxies and directors. One share one vote. 1000 shares are counted as 1000 votes.. General election is different, one man or one woman one vote. No extra votes, everything has to tally with the rolls, else big problem will arise, and the country will be thrown into chaos. Please vote wisely and correctly (properly)..
Voting is like doing National Service. Please do your duty as a citizen for the nation. PAP vs OPPOSITION. Just cross the box with an big " X" for the party you want to win. Very simple. Voting is secret and voting is compulsory and it is no good to anyhow draw rubbish on the polling card. You want to go, you go properly determined for the purpose. You are fed up, you vote the opposition. You love PAP, you vote PAP. It is just as simple as that. Don't commit an offence for any reason. Be a good citizen.

Looks like the PAP govt may lose seats big time in the coming elections. Wonder how the market will react. Maybe better to sell now?
