As mentioned earlier, Yanlord has short term weakness, and 1.48/1.49 is key resistance to hold. However, it was broken today, and closed below 1.48.. I guess many 'long' traders would have get out of this counter and it may invite more 'shortist' soon.

Capmallsasia and midas are trading weak now.. yanlord is in the cross road of 1.49. Today's price action will further confirm it's direction. Do watch out for yanlord's reaction to 1.49, rebound or broke down.

CapMallsAsia is the only STI components trading in the Red now, ST Eng excluded as it is due to XD. This may signify the weakness in CapMallsAsia. Let's see how it perform through out the day |

Is today going to be like yesterday, afternoon session give up all the gain in the morning?? HSI and SSE in red now. Let see how it will end the day. cheers!

Both HS and SH opened green and now at red zone. Singapore's sentiment might be affected too. Singapore opened very green and now slowly loosing up the gain. Be ware that another black candle maybe in formation. trade carefully and cheers!

US very green yesterday, so any rebound on Singapore is very likely!!

Yes Yanlord may look bearist but based on Fundamental it look more bullish, this is happening to many property counter, as the government policy to control the property price have little effect it only cause the share price to decline, but the property price keep going up, this make the stock cheap as the profit increase, share price decrease. I don't think the government will implement any drastic effect that will cause the property price to decline greatly. As it will hurt the economy, that is why I currently continously picking up over a period of small lots, as I am waiting for the gems to start to shine. Currently I am doing periodic picking for Ho Bee and Yanlord only. Ho Bee show a 31% increase for first quarter profit after tax, and NTA at $2.08, but it shares is trading at only $1.46.

STI opened lower after a black candle yesterday. It is now waiting for HS's open for clearer direction. US closed not so good yesterday, and many profit taking is in progress, XDs coming, financial updated on the tables. so be prepared for any unexpected to happen.

be aware of XD for sembmarine and kepcorp (XD + 1 for 10 bonus). the price will most likely react accordingly. for sembmarine, new contract was announced, let see how this going to be. cheers!
