should see next support at 0.21. after CNY will going uptrend i thinks and for long term investor is a gd stock to hold for 3 to 5 year as the china is looking forward for world largest energy supplier in the world expecting this counter to achieve target price at $1 to $2 if strong support by gov in nearby future.
