this counter back to $0.14 after small actitivity in the morning. any news brewing?

 

any stock experts out there to advise on this stock? now trading at $0.145. recent high some months back was $0.20

Recent recommendation is that they return to profitability and new project of hotel, office and property in xuzhou to launch in beginning 2011.
