The Board of Directors of NORDIC GROUP LIMITED (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, as at the close of the Application List at 12.00 noon on 8 November 2010, there were 4,985 valid applications for the 2,000,000 Offer Shares available to the public for subscription. In total, these applicants applied for an aggregate of 510,273,000 Offer Shares, with application monies received amounting to approximately S$102.1 million.
Based on the total invitation size of 110,000,000 New Shares and total valid applications received for 618,268,000 Shares (comprising 510,273,000 Offer Shares and 107,995,000 Placement Shares), the Invitation was approximately 5.6 times subscribed.

Having mentioned ipo is offer at 0.20c, down side is less then 10%, while d up side can be given a higher percentage.
Pending who's are d BBs, and over subscription rate, upside chances is higher by more then 10%
Stag or no stag, or punt, going for public share is hard to get and all depending on who are those BBs vested in this ipo ?.
We really don't know who are the BBs, given this ipo small float, it tend to be controllable by BBs, so float can either
open above water, just like Yamada, if not it can also act like it only 2 cents worth
just my guessing work only, 18.5c to 22.5c on opening.....
