When people make money from stocks they start to upgrade. Its a normal thing. Provided more drastic measures are being put in place, if not prices will still escalate, albeit at a slower pace.
wah! HDB Resale Index hit new high of 167 !! with or without garment's cooling measure!! hee...this is the 6th straight Qtr of gain since early 2009 siah! more BULLISH then STI leh!! wow.... :P
