Online Trading Platform

Hi All!

I'm new to investing and I'm planning to start with trading US ETF. I have already opened a POEMS account many years ago but didn't really use it for trading before. However, I'm thinking will it be better to use other US based trading platform instead of POEMS?

Any recommendation for one that doesn't require high deposit balance to open an account, reasonable low online brokerage fee, easy to use interface and account funding process?
