You like it when it is trading at a premium $11 but don't like it when it is $8? Great! Seems like stock market is a place for sheeps to dump their $$$. What a joke.
Looks like churning new inovative products is not what investors want anymore. Creative needs to know it is no longer a market leader 20 years back. It needs to be investor-friendly and start to venture into new businesses or acquisitions that will help its share price to move northwards rather than continue what it is doing now. Hmm, I wonder if Mr. Sim is reading this and what are his personal comments? I love Creative products but not its share price!
It's normal that a down trend will intimidate beginners & amatuers. That's why richer people only stand a few percentage in this world.
Just touching $7 levels.... sigh....

of course the best will be to be with Microsoft especially if Sim already in contact
Cannot lah, Datamini -GES, Aztech, all turn to this market. Moreover this market, the profit margin is equally thin as they cannot compete with China now. I think Creative should sell or merge with Samsung or Bengq. Read my last post carefully. There is hidden goodies if you follow. Disclaimer : Please do not sue me. totally agreed ! This one still want to stick to the losing MP3 market. going down hill. One piece of info to share with everyone. In Singapore's IT market, especially IT retail sector, every year there is 4 major exhibitions : IT show in March, PC show in June and Comdex show in Sep and Sitex show in Dec. All happen in the school holiday. Can you imagine if they missed 1 show what is the impact of their revenues. Expecially they got no much attractive products liao. Do you always buy sound card or speakers to upgrade your PC. I used my Audigy card for coming to 5 yrs and speaker coming to 7 yrs. My webcam is free when I sign up Creative's Qmax wireless account. I used a old MP3 player and it is still working. If they want to be trendy to attract younger segment market, they lost the battle to Apple. Not much prospect in this company unless Mr. Sim retired and new blood and new idea managed this company. But again in our oriental culture, they are not so easy to hand over their power. Look at Bill after so many years in Microsoft, he felt that he can't beat Google and let others to face the music and he easily safe his face by stepping down. The only thing Bill has make a mistake is overlook the internet search engine, thus there is yahoo and now google. Recently, Microsoft want to buy up Yahoo because they felt the threat from Google, it is growing too fast. Microsoft is worried. Creative's peak time is over, look at some other better counter. Creative's TA charts are really bearish.... this counter is not doing well.

The FA looks worse... this one gone case liao..
TA charts look really bad.... Acc/Dist and Chaikin are downtrending badly.
MP3 players already so saturated with the cheap Taiwan & China brands. To complete on pricing is doom. Further more, I am sure Creative Zen Stone is also MIC. The war is already over. Apple iPod won.
Should look into PMP. Today there are only a couple of good ones. One good one I can think of is ARCHOS.
Should also consider venturing into vehicle mobile entertainment system since they have always been in the forefront on sound system in the Computer industry.
Should also consider research and build affordable mobile GPS for the mass vehicles in SG. Today brand like Garmin are expensive and they are also MIC.
Not vested but willing to take the ride up. :p
