POEMS is like Microsoft was. pretty dominant n thus relaxed. after a few incidents with them, decided to take my biz elsewhere. Set up at least 2 accounts for online trading. will be useful. many out there. Lim n Tan, Kim Eng, UOBKH, Saxo etc.
Is POEMS different trading limits on different days and/or different market conditions LEGAL ?
What is most annoying is even for margin accounts, account holders are not allowed to sell due to "exceed trading limits" when account holder has the quantity of shares deposited with Phillips. What's the purpose of using POEMS when account holder has to call in to Philips to ask them to increase the trading limits which are often set at ridiculously low levels when market is active.
Legal eagles please advise. Thanks.

Is there any other better trading platform beside POEMS?
I have been using poems but I find their customer service is not doing a good job plus their staffs are kind of rude.
Can anyone recommend other trading platform? The trading platform must be able to provide mobile trading as well as I am using mobile trading most of the time during the day.
