Noble good buy now

who can enlighten Noble's AGM result today - item 15. To declare the issue of six new bonus shares for every eleven existing ordinary shares held?

Noble rejected further talks with MacArthur. I think the share is stabilised at this moment.

I think it is a good buy. Potential 3.36. Especially if they succeed in taking over Gloucester.

Next week is profit declaration week.
