For IPO, the initial offer px must match with d coy profile, and most importantly, d market sentiment has great impact on the subscription rate as well as to determine the listed px later.

Since, last yr, most of the IPO's coy, esp d "S" chips, are below water. Lately, it see some improvement on those weakly performed stocks.

Unlike those IPOs in 2006-2007, sure make money one, but not easy to get one, owing to overwhelming subscription.

What u think about d current market sentiment, good or not that favour for IPO? Your choice liao.

There are 2 IPO's Coy X on 8 ds mth, they are Cache(0.88 p/l) n Debao(0.43 p/l).

The former is a logistic reit, generally once d coy had been listed, the px would either up or down slowly one, as coy need to acc money to repay back loan interest or loan itself. Typical exp, Hyflux Water Reit. D only benefit will get is the determining px during listing, u either do or die.

Debao, a "S"chip member, doing ptty dev in Kwang Chiew Province,China. The most developped region with almost 15% of GDP. Say only lah, hv no insight material for sharing.

Can apply via ATM or online ESA. Uses add 1 tecnique, ie 11, 51, 101 lots etc.
