think traders attacking this counter, short it overnight then cover back in the morning.
until the uncertainty of the investigation is annouced it looks going no where.
even with oil at almost 130 and pending huge china energy requriement, it being a alternative energy counter did not benefit much.
should announce the investigation asap so as to remove the uncertainty.
