Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 June 2008 for the purpose of determining Shareholder's entitlements to the Bonus Shares under the Bonus Issue.
Looks like it is springing up to life - a good value stock for the mid-term. Its' 2 main competitors on the mainland are trading at much higher price and PE. Caveat Emptor.
Just a matter of time the share price will shoot upwards, no doubt about that. The Co. has already hedged the steep increase in raw material cost to the tune of RMB 340.118M. So FY08 result will be fantastic in view of the great demand from the Olympics 2008. Have faith.
Felt that this little understood company will rise in timer to come.

yoh, 1 cts RMB, ex on 7 May. Go China take money on 5 Jun. Joking lah. CDP will transfer the Div to your account loh.

I think this stock has great potential for more up-side with the bonus issue.

Most China stocks are trading at attractive PE just now after the major correction in recent weeks. I will rather put $$ in the stock market than letting my $$ sitting idle.
Lucky today - finally got 30 lots at 27c. My friend in the broking industry said there are good potential for profits, with the Olympics coming along this August. Definitely sales of their products will shot thru' the roof. Moreover, the current price can be considered their lowest point in months. Wish me good luck.

proposing a bonus issue of up to 79,645,730 new ordinary shares of HK$0.20 each (the

(10) existing ordinary shares of HK$0.20 each in the capital of the Company (the
?Proposed Bonus Issue?). Fractional entitlements will be discharged and disposed of in
such manner as the Board may in its absolute discretion deem fit for the benefit of the
Company.
