The executive chairman is the biggest shareholder with about 27% of total shares. It is in his interest to see through this dual listing as the PE of the share will rocket and the daily volume will increase several fold. I would say that the chance of the dual listing going through is about 90%. The company has been making good profits for the last few years and there is no reason for the HK exchange to reject their application based on the company's performance. If the company is making up numbers, it would not want to seek dual listing and subject the accounts to another round of scrutiny. The downside for the share from the current level is only 10 cents but the upside is easily 50 cents assuming the PE rises to 10 after the listing in Hong Kong. I expect the company to post good Q1 results, about 30% increase in profits, in mid May based the on increased capacity and their entry into the Indian market.

Attended the AGM on 29 April at Fullerton Hotel-No more internal squabbles among with the 2 ex-directors who were responsible for shares sell down artifically depressed state.Got chance to talk to managment staff who are confident dual listing should go thru...Hengxin profits on th euptrend since public listed in 2006 and healthy cash flow position despite bad times in 2009.With $9 tax exempt payable soon th eeffective yield is >2.25% based on current price of about 40cts..worth the wait, should be able to achieve at least 60cts to $1.00 share price-strong customer base with China Mobile,China Unicorm and China Telecom-public listed in HK and PRC

Buying or selling any stock is the right decision (ie. either buy or sell, up to you).

But to hold after you know you are wrong is a bad bad decision to make...Smiley
