Its good for value investment, not for punters. Vested and waiting for new year ang pow.

Yup, me singaporean but I think why it is at $165k is because it is only 4 room and this is a new flat. If resale, I think that area will fetch around $245k for a 4 room unit. 165K only? maybe you are singaporean can buy new flat at very cheap price. Mine is block 286A, HDB, 5 I , 123 square meter, valuation 356K, bought at 362K, 14th floor. built in Year 2000. Toh Guan. That is the only area in Jurong East where every floor got lift. That is why more expensive. Hope answer your question. I have not done renovation yet.. I will definitely "show off" my renovation in my homepage soon in May, because the designer will be me and my gf (she is an architect), support her ya, ha ha..
