1. Mr Mikhail Polyakov already has 117,500,000 shares in Acma (worth S$3.84 million based on the weighted average price of Acma shares traded on 3rd September 2013)
and
2. Mr Polyakov is committed to subscribing for a further S$2.55 million of new shares in Acma.
No 2 has not been executed. Hopefully very soon...?

Apparently the new business ACMA acquiring is belong to a Russian politician who also happen to be President Putin's 1st cousin. Will this become the next Singhaiyi? hahaha.... let's wait and see see :P
