Some BB must be exiting. Still got some more downside since the BB accumulated lots when price was hovering between 7 - 9 cts. Should b reached sometime next week.

LISTING OF LAND PARCEL IN SHANGHAI LUODIAN The board of directors (the “Board”) of China New Town Development Company Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce we have been informed that, a land parcel in the Company’s Shanghai Luodian project had been listed by The Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Land Resources on 7 February 2013. The land parcel (F1-1) with a site area approximately 110,021.90 square meters is for residential use with a plot ratio of 1.01 times. The reserved price for auction is RMB957million and it is expected to be completed on 22 March 2013. The result of the above-mentioned sale of land use rights will be promptly announced upon completion of the transaction. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

This counter not up as fast as WE and Ntegrator....
but stable... move towards .. 0.15
