phew, just sold @ 0.198 per share. made a few hundred dollars. : )
RUN. if dont up above $0.20, sell. can buy at $0.192
if you understand the style of Prima, you will know they always take a very cautious approach before doing any investing. Know them since 1990s. One of the best managed listed companies then paying very good yearly dividends.
If Prima invested in this TT, must be quite confident.
The biggest warehouse-retail project. In Singapore, you need to have East Zone and West Zone for warehouse retail.
TT very nice to cover the West Zone. And note the biggest warehouse retail project.
(Example, Ikea, you have Ikea in Tampines and Ikea in Alexandra but Ikea in Central Orchard road area ? Nah, too expensive)
