Nvm.... hopefully OKP(also featured on The Edge) will repeat the same feat... cheong.....

hi 97399739,
didnt see your reply post till today. basically IMO, Sinwa has a long history which is good. Also, their core business is dependent on the marine/shipping industry which will see growth each year as globalisation brings us all closer and world trade volume increases. I like the recent report on Sinwa which had a good industry growth story, esp in China.
For any company, i'd like to see if the company recycle their news. And between news and industry outlook, i'd go for industry prospects. Nothing wrong with new piece of good news though. May Sinwa hit the TP of 0.82 as mentioned by fellow SJ mate alvinwong1012
Cheers!
See some movement into Sinwa today, has been a laggard among the oil and gas play...
One of the report published from THE edge last week metioned TP is 0.82..Cheers!
Thanks LesBlues,
I have been acuumulating the share since 20 June at 0.635 , 0.65 and 0.75.
Will serioulsy consider your advise.
hey 97399739,
this is a recycled piece of news. go check out Sinwa's general announcement on SGX for the past 3mths i think. If not, it should be under the category of 4-12mths.
how smart of them to recycle the news which would also indicate that they have no more growth stories to sell. Should take caution.
PRESS RELEASE
Sinwa Enters Shareholders? Agreement to Establish JVSingapore, 4 July 2007
and logistics company Sinwa Limited (?Sinwa? or ?the Company?) today announced a
Shareholders? Agreement (?the Agreement?) with Mr Morten Innhaug (?Mr Innhaug?), the
sole shareholder of Nordic International Limited (?NIL?), to establish a three-year joint
venture (?the JV?).
Under the Agreement, Sinwa will inject US$2.0 million into NIL, a company incorporated
in the British Virgin Islands that is principally engaged in oil exploration and seismic
surveys.
Of the US$2.0 million, US$25,000 will be used to acquire 25,000 ordinary shares in NIL
from Mr Innhaug, giving Sinwa a 50 per cent stake in NIL. The remaining US$1,975,000
will be used as working capital by NIL to purchase, convert and equip a 2D seismic
vessel (?the Vessel?) for oil and gas exploration activities.
NIL, which owns the Vessel (registered under the Panama flag), has signed a 3-year
charterparty (the ?Charterparty?) for the employment of the Vessel, which will
commence upon the end of the Vessel?s conversion. The value of the Charterparty is
envisaged at approximately US$40,500,000 for the 3-year duration. In addition, NIL will
realise another US$5,000,000 on the sale of the Vessel to the charterer at the end of
the charter period.
?We are pleased to enter this Shareholders? Agreement with NIL,? said Mr Mike Sim,
Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sinwa. ?The joint venture will benefit
Sinwa in the long term as the Company continues its expansion into the fast-growing oil
and gas industry. Sinwa will continue to seek out and develop more of such strategic
partnerships to further grow our business, in line with our business model.?
? Mainboard-listed and Asia-Pacific?s leading marine supplyi vested at 0.735. Hope it'll cheong past 0.8
Volume up, Price up!
Looks Good!
Am vested. How do you know BB is accumulating ?
does anyone know if there's correction this week?
Thanks for your advise. This counter show resilient despite DJ decline overnight and able to move upwards. Probably drive by M&A news?
If the tp is 0.80 to 1.00, there will be some upside to go...Thanks mate.
