Signs of bubble and bottom

After trading almost two decades, think I have enough experience to accumulate list of sign that pre-empt investors of imminent dangers and opportunity.   Meantime please contribute in this case now of a possible signs of bubblish pop coming to an end. I would like to register the first pop signal : 1)When the office lady starts to talk about stocks to  buy, this is it :  so far it is still healthy, she only ask me got buy toto or 4D.
