Stock Screener and RT charts

Hi guys,

 I'm new here so just wanted to ask everyone if they know of any free stock screener  and real time charting software? Currently I'm using Chartnexus but that only gives me the previous day's info and not real time.

 Will be great to hear what kind of software everyone out there is using!
