Dual Listing

Hallo sifus,

I just wondering why whenever stock after dual listing done, the share price drop quite lots? I just take example ChinaTaisan...I really cannot understand the logic behind this trading technique. I though before after dual listing comes true, mother share will be going up, since listing in TSE has 10% premium against mother share. Anyone advice for this?

I really stuck in bad situation for this f**k share....
