Any SIFU out there to explain to this noob on why no one is getting this stock yet as the so called dividend are just around the corner? As usual this noob got it at a high price as well... sigh... at the rate I am going I think I would not be able to do any renovation on the house... after taking a refinance for the Condo (Yes... Malaysian... Not Singaporean) everything in Singapore is expensive.... if owned a house there can actually get a Bungalow, Nice Car and a very nice Wife here in Kuala Lumpur.... :P
