Sabana website says they have 649.74 million issued and paid up shares. The new ones are in addition  40 million, or less than 7% of the total. They are expected to be added to the current number of shares around 24th Sep.

The  impact is that    the earnings per share fall ~7% due to these new shares. Also since issue price is lower than market price there will be a small drop on the share  price.

If the new funds are deployed to get same or  higher earnings per share  than at current, there will be a positive impact on share price. Hope this is what happens

3. Listing of, Dealing in and Quotation of the New Units

I should take profit when it was still traded around 1.26. But i think it is a bit too late now.  I see no big difference between to sell and not too sell. If i sell sabana, where can my fund go?  most importantly i still have $200k idle fund to deploy.

most prob some big guys did some macro extrapolation

qe taper leads to i/r increase

i/r up leads to higher operating cost for sabanna

higher cost = lower profit

DPU of 2.17 cents for the 4th qtr. Very high dividends of 9%+ p.a. Low risk and i think is gd for steady fixed income..
