
Initiate coverage with a BUY from SIAS Research
As at end-Sep has a net order book of $81.3m and lately won another $16.7m new contracts. Gain a foothold in Vietnam market, having secured one piling contract for a housing project there. Ryobi has 4.1 cents cash per share vs. current price of 17 cents. It is trading at PE of 5.78x FY2011. SIAS thinks this stock should has a value of 26 cents. At 17 cents, it is now at the bottom of the 52-week price range of 17-30 cents. Volume of late is not much. Gut feel is not much downside! What can affect short term performance is government measures to cool down the property sector which may mean lower construction contracts to win in the future, but effects will only be felt in 2012.

Actually I think it was 0.26. Then govt announced tightening measures drg IPO. Sentiment turned really sour at that point.

agree she is a good company. what was her IPO price??
Hi guys, I'm staring a new thread bcos the old one 'failure company' doesn't do justice to her. Mkt overreacted to govt's tightening of prop mkt. With all the new projects gg on, she's set to rise.
