the offer is "conditional". I believe you need not sell if you don't want to.. it is only when it cross 90% then the company may be delisted, and you would advise to sell then.

 

SGX announcement mandatory conditional offer. Is it we must die die sell to them and lose any dividends declared on our shares?

How come can like that wan? Like tat retail investors lose out again?!?!

 

Then, what's the latest target price for this counter? This share have been up 10cents past 2 weeks, is it a good time to go in?

 

Tat Hong has bought 40.9 million ordinary shares in Kian Ho Bearings for about $10.6 million. This explains the surge in price and volume.



With all the construction going on, you need parts with ball bearings. This is beneficial for Kian Ho.
