High dividend yields - Now

Not so sure about China Jishan.   It looks like it is only paying a big dividend as a one-off as it sold some land.   The next three years are going to be very tricky as it deals with moving its factory (very disruptive), rising interest rates, and rising labour costs.   Could be a trap?
