Change one point = Sgd. 0.001 minimum increament or decreament bid or offer price will do for all shares prices < Sgd. 0.20! Why don't SGX set this kind of regulation, I just do not know?

I often wondered whether or not fluttering in below 10 cents counters makes an ideal betting or investment in SGX bourse. See their share prices seldom move and if they do, they are up half cent or down half cent, and mostly blocked by large amount of buy and sell queue.   How can the average Joe make money? Why is the market like that? It is a waste of time and resources for everyone. Discourages investment at all.   What has SGX got to do with this situation?   Can't they do something?   It seems they don't have the brains.   What is needed is some regulations governing the putting of asking and bidding quantity and it will solve the problem, I think. Any comments as my ideas might be new and hard to digest if SGX don't follow what I am saying

I see what you saw as crazy.   If tickets to the stadium matches could be blocked for purchase,   it would be nice. And also the F1.....blah blah.

Hell, I was trying to say 10 cents in the subject title.   Any comments?   Today the market seems steady.
