But i remember we have 1 public holiday last yr which save us...there was greece issue then we had our holiday n asian market drop alot by the time we open on mon, dow had recovered that fri and hence the lost was limited when we reopen that monday...
hope we can share our views on this forum and learn from others experience...afterall its not a matter of if u are always winning, rather its abt how much u will or can win when u r right and are humble enough to admit it when u make a wrong decision and limit your lost...
Only then we can survive this market full of `sharks'
Maybe we should prepare US holdings before the next holiday strikes!

right... sway to close mkt on friday.
come monday we may gap up but other mkt may have then dip down which could possibly affect the mood in STI... so in the end may open higher and close lower... sway again! I noticed this year we always close for public holidays when dow chong ...why huh?
while we celebrated with indian dance other asian market cheong like hell on friday....
surely we would gap up on mon but the bullishness might nt be the same as in last fri esp if SSE & HSI in profit taking mode after friday big run...
so wrack stocks 1st thing in monday morin??
maybe it will go higher n close higher but it might also go higher n turn down...
so we need to take the view of how the market is heading when it close this week or next few weeks any chances of corrections??
