If I am one of the boss from China company and I will list my company in SGX first.... maybe after certain period the share price sure drop until no tomorrow.... by then I will delist the company at lower cost and relist it again at HKSE to fetch higher valuation... hopefully our S-Chips company boss will think this way too.... otherwise our hard earn money will forever like salted fish still in salt water...pls delist your cheap cheap company here ....

REMEMBER Sihuan Pharmaceutical which delisted from Singapore last December?

Its exit offer had valued the company at about S$458.3 million (US$318 million).

Its new valuation in a HK initial public offering comes to at least HK19.4 billion (or about S$3.8 billion) based on the low end of the HK$3.88-HK$4.60 per share offer price. Read more....

 

Haha... what ashame of our bourse !!! this is quite similar to our maids issue as currently all want to work in HongKong and Taiwan....
