This is very normal to Singapore Share market.... that's why we can see so many ikan bilis regretted to list here and now are start to seek secondary listing else where...

That is called revenue orientated SGX market. All the genuine investors turn into traders and only blue chips and counter stocks are trading volume existing by the institutional investors and BB traders/investors, so all the retail traders follow suit to trade all the counter stocks/blue chips which trading volume are there! Mid cap, small cap and some pennies are kept aside!

Component stocks crazily soar up.
But those mid and small caps crazily go down.
what happened to STI market?
it looks like that fund only are interested in component counters.
mid and small looks like rubbish! what a funny market!
