When look at a stock, check its EPS, NAV and PE.... indeed many S-Chips are good but unfortunate due to small capitalisation it is easy to manuplated. Will dip just collect will be the key to success
Since you say so, I keep buying selective S chips, especially penny S chips.

Most of them can't sustain the price..... except just very few still up there !! still the same in out must be fast !!

it looks like that market partucally love to sell S-chips.
As long as you short S-chips, you can make money!I already found this rule.

Back to reality.... S-Chips = Sell-Cheap or Sell-Chips !!
It is really a lousy day for all S-chips.
one day, around 6k $ paper loss due to S-chips.
