You can convert the warrants to share anytime. Call the company share registrar for the conversion form. Need to send in form and bank draft. Should get the shares in a week.

Share price > exerc price + your warrant bought price, you may do that whenever it deem favourable to you. Whether it is better to hold the said warrant or holding the converted share! So up to your own choice!

hi all,
can any master in warrant share ur knowledge, if i bought the warrants, the share price is over the exercise price, can i execute the warrant into share before it expired date? or i have to wait till expired date?
